Isn't she a doll! This tutu set has yards and yards of quality tulle. The top is trimmed with feather boa and I made a matching headband.

Zebra Corset Tutu Set
This set turned out so cute! It is perfect for dance revues and portraits. This set features a zebra print corset style top with ribbon ties in the back.
